semplicissimae This recipe is fast ...
Alloraaaaaa:
300 gr flour
100 gr. sugar
a pinch of salt
a packet of yeast and vanilla extract
100 gr. melted butter
1 egg
Mix All the ingredients to create the crumbs with your hands.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and cover it with more than half of the dough crumbled.
mix For the filling 500 gr. ricotta cheese, 150 gr. of sugar and 100 gr. dark chocolate cut grossolonamente (I put the drops)

finally got to make pizza sofficiosaaaa! ;)
There carryover is the recipe but will link from where I got it ... and that is the blog of aniceecannella who is a magician in the kitchen !!!!! I was advised by a " forumina "Alf ...
This is the dough is made the night before to be able to cook the next night ....
I was really happy ... it was soft and crunchy at the same time .... truly spectacular!!
The only thing I ask is this ..... I had trouble stenderlaaa!! In the sense that your hands are really soft as I could very well .... but it was too sticky ... normal? perhaps is how it should be ..... eh ;)
Well anyway I documented everything with photos!!

This I did when I pulled out of the fridge ... the dough had the "bubbles "...!!!
there it spread with the sauce ....
.... stuffed with ham, mushrooms and wuster ....
... and here it is cooked ....! girls was really good!

and if, as Paoletta, the more you do and more becomes good .... GOOD!!
