Constant Sore In Nose

Here are three stories represented by Ilaria and little brothers and sisters of Sirolo during the year-end party Scout

Frogs who asked for a king The frogs
tired of living without any governing them, they sent ambassadors to Zeus, asking him to wide them a king. And Zeus, seeing the simplicity of their souls, threw down a piece of wood into the pond. At first, terrified by the crash, the frogs dived to the bottom, but then, as the wood remained motionless, rise again, and came to the point of contempt for their king who's jumped on him and to sit on. Finally, ashamed of having a king of this sort, they went back to Zeus and begged him to send them another in exchange, because the first was too lazy. Zeus then lost patience and sent a water snake, which began to seize and divorarsele.
The fable shows that it is better to have sluggish but not bad rulers, rather than turbulent and wicked.

The battle of the mice and weasels
won by the weasels, mice - their story is also painted in taverns - falling back on the run, crowded anxiously around the narrow entrance of the burrows, but in the end, albeit with difficulty, managed to enter and to escape death. Their leaders however, who had tied the horns in the head, to have a sign visible from the war to follow the soldiers, fit entrance and were captured by enemies, they sacrificed the winner with greedy teeth and sank into the Tartarean species of its belly can. If a disastrous event is attributable to a whole nation is in danger, the greatness of leaders, unable to hide the tiny mob, finding easily escape.

The city mouse and country mouse
One day the city rat visited the country cousin. This cousin was simple and crude ways, but much loved friend of the city and gave him a cordial welcome. Bacon and beans, bread and cheese were all that could offer him, but offered them willingly. The city rat twisted his long nose and said: - I can not understand, my dear cousin, how you can pull forward with a miserable food but certainly not in the country you can expect better. Come with me, and I'll show you how to live. when you've spent a week in town, you will be amazed that I could endure life in the country! Having said that, the two mice set off and reached the residence of the city rat late at night.
- Want a refreshment after a long trip? - Politely asked the city rat, and took his friend in the large dining room. Here they found the remains of a rich banquet, and began immediately to eat sweets, jam and all that was good. Suddenly they heard barking.
- What is this? - Asked the country mouse.
- Oh, they're just dogs of the house - said the other.
- Only! - Said the country mouse. - I do not like this music, with meals. -At that moment the door burst open and came two huge mastiffs, the two mice had barely time to jump off and run outside.
- Farewell, cousin - said the country mouse.
- What! You're leaving so soon? - Asked the other.
- Yes - said the country mouse:

Who was Aesop?
Aesop (VI century BC) was a greek fabulist. Trace or Phrygian, and according to tradition, slavery, Aesop was already known from Herodotus and Aristophanes, who shall certify the fame in the schools of the fifth century Athens, where his stories were read for educational purposes for the first language learning . The collection of Aesop fables come down to us is not the original but the result of later editions. The structure of the texts is very simple and consists in the narration of an episode that has as protagonists of the animals, each with constant characteristics: the fox is always cunning, the greedy wolf, ram, etc stupid. The comparison between the characters produces a winner and a loser. Grace and spontaneity are the main qualities of these short poems, while most have psychological depth and subtlety of the followers of the genre, from Jean de La Fontaine Phaedrus.
