They have made these last night ... MMMM BUONIIII!! Tomatoes stuffed with rice!! ;)
I'll explain how I made them ... no particular recipe ... I made them this way because I thought I'd make them like that!
I made the rice and boil in the meantime I got the tomatoes and I have shrunken ... well then I chopped the Galbanino and once I put the drained rice into the pot with Galbanino, the pulp of the tomato, grated cheese .. and a bit '.. mixed with bread crumbs and filled all the tomatoes!
Then I did so because he was also monoporzioncine rice ...!
All good!! ;)
