The other night I really felt like eggplant and zucchini stuffed .... so I thought I'd make them with tuna and olives ... ;)
So .... what I did: I have warmed the water and I dipped the eggplant and zucchini to soften them ... just a few minutes ... then I cut , picked clean, and put the pulp in a blender with tuna and olives ... in short, has come a "baby food" that I put all'inerno vegetables, I covered everything ... with the slices in the oven to 180 °. ... about half an hour .... well ... good strategic ... ;)
