salty tart nutella! Philadelphia

The other night I had friends to dinner and I made the tart nutella .... buonaaaa is coming!

The ricettuzza:

250 gr. flour 00
a pinch of salt
150 gr. butter
3 egg
100 gr. sugar
an organic lemon peel

Mix everything quickly and refrigerate for at least half an hour ... then roll out and puncture the bottom, put ein oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
As I prepared the cream chocolate spread with a little 'milk, chocolate (I can not quantify) and a tablespoon of cornstarch and a half.
